The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Leyte, through the Barangay Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (P210,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Public Address System at Brgy. Malaguinabot, San Miguel, Leyte PR no. 2024-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by ______.
