The items shall be delivered to PNOC EC, Barangay Little Baguio, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay. PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for details. Late submission shall not be accepted. Bidders are also required to submit photocopy of the PhilGEPS Registration (Platinum Membership) within seven (7) calendar days after bid submission date. • Original duly signed Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS); • Original Notarized Secretary’s Certificate in case of a corporation, partnership, or cooperative (if applicable); or Original Special Power of Attorney of all members of the joint venture giving full power and authority to its officer to sign the OSS and do acts to represent the Bidder. • Statement of the bidder’s Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) (Form ER-1) similar to the contract to be bid which is equivalent to 25% of the ABC, within the past Five (5) years In lieu of SLCC, bidders are required to list the following (use attached forms): a. At least two (2) similar contract and the aggregate contract amounts must be equivalent to 25% of the ABC; and b.
