The Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 10, through the Corn Program intends to apply the sum of the following: Bid Lot 1 - Fifty Six Million Six Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Pesos (Php56,688,000.00 Bid Lot 2 - Forty Two Million Five Hundred Sixteen Thousand Pesos (Php42,516,000.00) Bid Lot 3 - Fifty Six Million Nine Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Pesos (Php56,964,000.00) Bid Lot 4 - Thirty Million Six Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php30,690,000.00) Bid Lot 5 – Eighteen Million One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php18,180,000.00) Bid Lot 6 – Thirty Seven Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php37,800,000.00) Bid Lot 7 – Fifty Two Million Three Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php52,380,000.00) Bid Lot 8 – Eleven Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php11,100,000.00) Bid Lot 9 – Eleven Million Nine Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Pesos (Php11,997,000.00) Bid Lot 10 – One Million Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php1,080,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the following: Bid Lot 1 – Procurement of 9,448 bags Hybrid Corn Seeds (Yellow) Bid Lot 2 – Procurement of 7,086 bags Hybrid Corn Seeds (Yellow) Bid Lot 3 – Procurement of 9,494 bags Hybrid Corn Seeds (Yellow) Bid Lot 4 – Procurement of 5,115 bags Hybrid Corn Seeds (Yellow) Bid Lot 5 – Procurement of 3,030 bags Hybrid Corn Seeds (Yellow) Bid Lot 6 – Procurement of 6,300 bags Hybrid Corn Seeds (Yellow) Bid Lot 7 – Procurement of 8,730 bags Hybrid Corn Seeds (Yellow) Bid Lot 8 – Procurement of 1,850 bags Hybrid Corn Seeds (Yellow) Bid Lot 9 – Procurement of 2,666 bags Hybrid Corn Seeds (Yellow) Bid Lot 10 – Procurement of 180 bags Hybrid Corn Seeds (Yellow). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each Bid Lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 10 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the month of April 2025 for Bid Lot 1, Bid Lot 2, Bid Lot 3, Bid Lot 4, Bid Lot 5, Bid Lot 6 and Bid Lot 7 and within 60 calendar days after the receipt of NTP for Bid Lot 8, Bid Lot 9 and Bid Lot 10. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 10 and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:30 to 5:00 P.M., Monday to Friday. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 17 to November 8, 2024 from the given address and website(s) below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of: Bid Lot 1 – Fifty Thousand Pesos (50,000.00) Bid Lot 2 – Twenty-Five thousand Pesos (25,000.00) Bid Lot 3 – Fifty Thousand Pesos (50,000.00) Bid Lot 4 - Twenty-Five thousand Pesos (25,000.00) Bid Lot 5 - Twenty-Five thousand Pesos (25,000.00) Bid Lot 6 - Twenty-Five thousand Pesos (25,000.00) Bid Lot 7 - Fifty Thousand Pesos (50,000.00) Bid Lot 8 - Twenty-Five thousand Pesos (25,000.00) Bid Lot 9 - Twenty-Five thousand Pesos (25,000.00) Bid Lot 10 – Five Thousand Pesos (5,000.00) It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. 6. The Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 10 will hold a Pre- Bid Conference on October 25, 2024, 9:00am for Bid Lot 1, Bid Lot 2, Bid Lot 3, Bid Lot 4, Bid Lot 5, Bid Lot 6, Bid Lot 7, Bid Lot 8, Bid Lot 9 and Bid Lot 10 at BAC Conference room, Department of Agriculture RFO 10, Antonio Luna St., Cagayan de Oro City through face to face which shall be open to prospective bidders or authorized bidders’ representative. 7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below, on or before November 6, 2024, 9:00am for Bid Lot 1, Bid Lot 2, Bid Lot 3, Bid Lot 4, November 7, 2024, 9:00am for Bid Lot 5, Bid Lot 6, Bid Lot 7, Bid Lot 8, November 8, 2024, 9:00am for Bid Lot 9, Bid Lot 10.
