The Local Government of Caramoan, through the 20% NTA Year End Balance FY 2023 (Supplemental Budget No. 1, Series of 2024) intends to apply the sum of ₱3,000,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for HAULING AND TIPPING FEES FOR THE DISPOSAL OF RESIDUAL WASTES FROM SON-OG RCA FACILITIES TO FINAL DISPOSAL SITE with Project Identification Number GOOD-2024-033. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Project Description: Hauling and disposal of 250,000 kilos of residual wastes of the Municipality of Caramoan, Camarines Sur in adherence to the provisions of R.A. 9003, otherwise known as the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000 2. The LGU Caramoan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
