The Municipal Government Unit of San Luis, Agusan del Sur, reserve the amount of Seven Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Fifty-Two Pesos Only (P 745,052.00) from the Trust Fund – DOLE of San Luis, Agusan del Sur, intended for the “Supply and Delivery of Goods for DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP)”. 2. The Municipality of San Luis is now inviting bids for the “Supply and Delivery of Goods for DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP)”. The Supply and Delivery of Goods for DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP) will be completed within 30 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. 3. The documents required in the Eligibility Documents shall be submitted as part of the Technical Documents of the Bidders as provided in the Instruction to Bidders. 4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipality of San Luis Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders beginning on October 10, 2024; 8:00 A.M until October 28, 2024; 1:00 P.M. from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee in the amount of Eight Hundred Pesos Only (P 800.00).
