The Barangay Yabon, Municipality of Janiuay, Iloilo, through the 20% Barangay Development 2024 Fund intends to apply the sum of Fifty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Nine Pesos Only (P53,839.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Construction/Installation of Street Lights, Brgy. Yabon, Janiuay, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Yabon, Municipality of Janiuay, Iloilo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required Ten (10) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), Barangay Yabon, Municipality of Janiuay, Iloilo and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon, and 1:00 to 5:00 PM. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders starting October 10, 2024 until October 17, 2024 from the given address and website(s) below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos Only (P500.00) of payment for the fees that will be presented in person, by facsimile, or through electronic means. 6. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below, on or before, October 17, 2024 at 8:00 AM. Late bids shall not be accepted. 7.
