Rita through the [Trust Fund] intends to apply the sum of (P 450,000.00 Budget) being the ABC to payments under the contract for [Supply and Delivery of Grocery Items for DOLE Livelihood Programs @ Municipality of Sta. Rita] now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by [30 cd].
