The supplier must be supplying and installing similar devices to various hospitals for at least three (3) years and must provide certification where installation is located. 2. The Supplier/Bidder must have the technical and manpower capabilities to undertake this project with satisfactory performance and track records for at least three (3) years in the local market for similar projects. 3. Must be able to provide Technical Services and Training Program to the hospital personnel pertaining to this project in accordance with the needs and standards of a Radiology Department in a Tertiary Hospital in the Philippines. 4. The supplier must be the exclusive or authorized distributor of the principal company of the equipment. Supplier must provide certificate of exclusive distributorship from the unit manufacturer mentioning the name if the Philippine representative. Any exclusive or authorized dealer/supplier by the principal/manufacturer cannot re-delegate or appoint other supplier/dealer for this tender. 5. The whole unit and its parts must be brand new. 6. The equipment is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of at least two (2) years from date of installation and acceptance. 7. At least two (2) years warranty for parts and service after installation. Includes calibration, quarterly preventive, and corrective maintenance during the warranty period at no cost to the hospital. 8. In case of a prolonged downtime of at least 2 weeks within the warranty period, the supplier must provide a service unit (if available), otherwise the warranty period must be extended by equivalent number of days/weeks/months of the downtime. 9. Supplier must provide cost and nature of service contract for parts and labor after the warranty period. 10. Certification that the supplier has the capability for corrective and preventive maintenance of the unit. Warranty and post-warranty service shall be done by qualified and factory-trained service engineers of the supplier. 11. The supplier must have competent engineers and local application specialist in the Philippines with certification of training who are available 24/7 for any equipment related untoward incident, preferably must have a satellite office and/or representative within the Visayas region and can respond on-site at least within 48 hours. 12. Includes on-site applications training for at least five (5) days by factory-trained applications specialist for the end-users after the installation which can be extended if necessary. Basic troubleshooting of the system for the hospital BioMed personnel must also be included. Any consumables in the course of training will be at the cost of the supplier. Training certificates must also be provided by the supplier. 13. The equipment and all its system components must be compatible with the existing CT scan machines installed in the hospital. 14. Certification of manufacturer guaranteeing the availability of all spare parts at least within 10 years after installation. 15. System is delivered & installed on-site and system price includes export packing, insurance, freight and handling from port of origin to port of entry, local & import taxes duties, brokerage charges, storage charges and other bank charges, transportation to site, installation and testing expenses. 16.
