The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) through the 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Twelve Million (12,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF HYPER CONVERGED INFRASTRUCTURE (HCI) EXPANSION FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES-CENTRAL OFFICE (DENR-CO)(DENR-CO) under Bid Ref. No. DENR-CO-2024-022. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The DENR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The supply and delivery of the hardware requirement shall be within ninety (90) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The project kick-off shall be scheduled within five (5) calendar days after the complete delivery of set hardware and submission of supporting documents. Installation, configuration, and testing will be at the DENR Server Room within ten (10) calendar days after the supply and delivery of hardware.
