National Irrigation Administration - Regional Office 7 (NIA-RO7), through the General Appropriation Act - Contract Farming (GAA-CF) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos (? 4,930,850.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FERTILIZERS (INORGANIC) FOR CONTRACT FARMING with Contract No. RIO-GOODS-11-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The NIA-RO7 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Twenty-One (21) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
