Overview	Lease of Venue Tender are invited for LEASE OF VENUE Procurement Mode : Public Bidding Classification : Goods Category : Events Management Contract Duration : 0 Day s Budget for the Contract : PHP 1,412,000.00 Area of Delivery : Laguna Description : 1 LOT - with accomodation and meals for the General Assembly to be conducted on December 11-12, 2024. - number of participants : 400 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: A. Location and Site Condition: - must be within Region IV-A - parking space for at least 30 vehicles (including coasters and vans) reserved within the venue. B. Technical Specifications for Venue: - 2 Function Halls that can accomodate 200 pax each in the morning and be combined in the afternoon to comfortably accomodate 400 participants. - air-conditioned with adequate ventilation - Table set up: Provide tables that can comfortably accomodate 10 participants, with sufficient spacing between tables - unobstructed view: Pillars, if any, should not impede participants' views of the stage, projector screen(s), and presenters. - separate table set-up for the Secretariat and Management Committee. - at least 3-5 wireless microphone units with adequate range and clarity. - complimentary LED wall, lectern and upgraded lights and sound system to ensure optimal visibility and audibility. - elevated stage platform podium with appropriate dimensions for presenters.
