Garcia, Bohol, through the Barangay funds intends to apply the sum of Php. 450,735.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Installation of Solar Lights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening. 2. The Barangay San Vicente, Pres. Carlos P. Garcia, Bohol now invites bids for Installation of Solar Lights, delivery of Goods is required [30 days after receipt of P.O]. Bidders should have completed, within 40 working days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
