The Bukidnon Second District Engineering Office, through the FY 2025 NEP (National Expenditure Program) intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 25KB0011 – Construction of Road, Barangay Poblacion Sur, Don Carlos, Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Bukidnon Second District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works: Name of Contract : Construction of Road, Barangay Poblacion Sur, Don Carlos, Bukidnon Contract ID \ : 25KB0011 Locations : Don Carlos, Bukidnon Scope of Works : The project entails constructing a Barangay road using Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (PCCP) with a thickness of 0.20 meters, a width of 6.10 meters, and a length of 425.0 meters. A 1-meter-wide earth shoulder will be added on both sides along the entire length of PCCP. Additionally, a 910mm diameter reinforced concrete pipe culvert (RCPC) will be installed for cross drainage to manage water flow across the road. Approved Budget for the Contract : Php 9,900,000.00 Contract Duration : 105 calendar days 2. Prospective Bidders should be registered with and classified by the Philippine Accreditation Board (PCAB) with PCAB License Category of C & D (Small B) for General Engineering/GE-1 (Road, Highways, Pavement, etc.). The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II and III of Bidding Documents. Contractors/applicants who wish to participate in this bidding are encouraged to enroll in the DPWH Civil Works Application (CWA) at the Procurement Service (PrS), 5th Floor, DPWH Bldg., Bonifacio Drive, Port Area, Manila, while those already enrolled shall keep their records current and updated. The Contractor’s eligibility to bid on the project will be determined using the DPWH Contractor Profile Eligibility Process (CPEP) and subject to further post-qualification. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. The contract shall be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such during post-qualification. 4.
