The Municipal Government of Hagonoy, Bulacan, through the Special Eduaction Fund FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF SCHOOL – Upgrading of Pathways at Tampok Elementary School at Brgy. Tampok”. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotation. 2. The Municipal Government of Hagonoy now invites bidders for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project for the last two (2) years. 3. Opening of Quotations will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipal Government of Hagonoy at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. 5. Quotations must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address as indicated below on or before October 08, 2024 at 9:00 am. Late quotations shall not be accepted. 6. Opening of quotations shall be on October 08, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the given address below.
