The Barangay 3, Poblacion, through the allocation from its General Fund intends to apply the sum of PHP 150,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the Repair and Improvement of VAWC Office, Barangay 3 Poblacion, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. 2. The Barangay now invites bids for the supply and delivery of goods for this project located at this Barangay. Delivery of goods is twenty (20) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years a SLCC that is similar to the project to be bid equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the IRR of RA9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act". 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Barangay and inspect the bidding documents at the Barangay Hall from 8:00am - 5:00p.m. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on October 3 - October 14, 2024 from the Barangay Secretary upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the bidding documents in the amount of Php 500.00. 5. Bids must be delivered to the Barangay on or before October 14, 2024. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and at the amount stated in section 27.2 of the revised IRR of R.A. 9184 or BSD. Bid opening shall be on October 14, 2024, 10:00 A.M.at the Barangay Hall. Bids will be open in the presence of the Bidders Representative who chose to attend at the Barangay Hall and late Bids shall not be accepted. 6. The Barangay reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liabilities to the affected bidder or bidders. 7.
