PhilGEPS Registration, Suppliers Registration Certificate, Mayor’s Permit, DTI/SEC Registration and Tax Clearance on the goods to be supplied shall be attached upon submission of the quotation. 8. Indicate BRAND for the item offered. 9. All required Philippine taxes must be disclosed and included in the quotation. 10. Incomplete submission of the required documents is a ground for quotation proposal disapproval. 11. The PARACALE WATER DISTRICT through the Bid and Awards Committee (BAC) reserves the right to approve or disapprove any quotation, to reject all quotations at any time prior to contract awarding, without incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 12. Delivery: Deliver to PARACALE WATER DISTRICT OFFICE located at the National Highway of Barangay Tugos, Paracale, Camarines Norte. 13. The Approved budget ceiling for this procurement is P 110,000.00. 14. The Water District has no obligation for the loss of mailed sealed quotation. 15.
