The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Barangay Hall and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. from October 11 to 18, 2024. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of the applicable fee, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the GPPB, at the Barangay Treasurer’s Office, Poblacion, Hingyon, Ifugao.
