The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Six Pesos and 50 100 Only (Php 2,601,386.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Materials for donations for various projects, provincewide B-G-2024-229. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by forty-five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
