In case of approval, the HOPE shall enter into contract with the said supplier, contractor or consultant. Delivery of the above-mentioned project request shall be within 30 calendar days from the receipt of Contract Notice to Proceed. All quotations shall be considered as fixed prices and not subject to price escalation during the contract implementation.
