Samar The Local Government Unit – Lope De Vega, Northern Samar, through the LGU - Fund intends to apply the sum of Php1,199,689.64 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REHABILITATION OF WATER SYSTEM, BRGY. OSMENA, LOPE DE VEGA, NORTHERN SAMAR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 1. The LGU - LOPE DE VEGA, NORTHERN SAMAR now invites sealed bids for the REHABILITATION/REPAIR OF WATER SYSTEM, BARANGAY OSMENA, LOPE DE VEGA, NORTHERN SAMAR. Completion of the Works is required within 75 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. 2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” 3. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the LGU - LOPE DE VEGA, NORTHERN SAMAR; and purchase of Bidding Documents at the address given below on OCTOBER 10 - 28, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
