The Department Agriculture Regional Field Office IV-A, through the Other PSS-Rice intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱1,250,000.00) under the contract for Upgrading of APCO Laguna Office Building at Brgy. Callos, Sta. Cruz, Laguna under Other PSS-Rice FY 2024 and Project Identification Number (ITB-2024-07-222). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Department Agriculture Regional Field Office IV-A, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) days with S-Curve. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4.
