The Municipality of Baco through Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund Investment Plan (LDRRMFIP) from intends to apply the sum of the Infrastructure project for Php 2,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of Construction of Evacuation Center at Poblacion, Baco. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipality of Baco now invites PhilGEPS registered supplier distributors to bid for the Construction of Evacuation Center at Poblacion, Baco. The duration of project is required within Ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II of ITB.
