The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION-UPPER PAMPANGA RIVER INTEGRATED IRRIGATION SYSTEMS DIVISION IV (NIA-UPRIIS DIVISION IV) intends to apply the sum of NINETEEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY THREE AND 98/100 PESOS ONLY (₱19,103,833.98) for the Construction and Implementation of NIA-UPRIIS Division IV Infrastructure Projects for FY 2024. Bids received more than the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening. 2. NIA-UPRIIS DIVISION IV now invites bids for the below-listed Projects. a. PACKAGE No. RRENIS-D4-09 Name of Project: CONSTRUCTION OF CHB LINING @ LAT. CX-12, STA. 2+280 – 3+460 (L=1.180kms.) and DREDGING OF CREEKS Project Location: Candaba, Pampanga Scope of Work: Improvement of Irrigation Facilities Approved Budget: ₱ 19,103,833.98 Contract Duration: 270 days Cost of Bidding Document: ₱ 25,000.00 PCAB Category: Small B Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from NIA-UPRIIS DIVISION IV and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 5. Interested bidders may acquire a complete set of Bidding Documents from July 02 – 19, 2024 from the given address below. 6. NIA-UPRIIS DIVISION IV will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on July 10, 2024, at 10:00 AM at NIA-UPRIIS Division IV Conference Room, which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through (i) manual submission at the office address as indicated below, (ii) online or electronic submission as shown below, or (iii) both} on or before July 22, 2024, 8:30 AM.
