Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The LGU-SMI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The Bidders must know that this is an Early Procurement Activity (EPA). Completion of the Works is required forty-five (45) days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
