Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Municipal Government of San Andres, Romblon, now invites bids for the project: Accommodation and Food for Benchmarking of Sanguniang Bayan of LGU San Andres, Romblon in the City of Baguio. Delivery of Goods is required within 10 calendar days after issuance of Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, Section ll of Instruction to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 9RA 9184), otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.” Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizen/sole proprietorship, or organization with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
