The Municipality of Mendez-Nuñez, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and subsequently bid for the: a. Name of Project : Rebidding for the Installation of Culvert Drainage Canal at EEPO b. Approved Budget for the Contract : Php 525,872.98 c. Bid Document Fee : Php 1,000.00 2. Bids exceeding the stated amount of ABC shall automatically be rejected at the bid opening. 3. The Municipality of Mendez-Nuñez now invites bids from authorized Philippine suppliers, distributors, and dealers for the Installation of Culvert Drainage Canal at EEPO. 4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. All particulars relative to this bidding include Eligibility Checking, Bid Security, Evaluation, and Post-Qualification. Procedures and Award of Contract shall be governed by R.A. 9184 and its Revised IRR. 5. Interested bidder may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee – Secretariat located at the Office of the Municipal Mayor, 1st Floor, Municipality of Mendez, Cavite during regular office hours from October 23-30, 2024.
