The CITY OF CALOOCAN, through the General Fund of the 2024 Annual Executive Budget approved under Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No. 1055 s. 2023, intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Six Hundred and Eighty Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (₱14,686,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation Of Sewage Treatment Plant At Langaray Market, Langaray St., Dagat-Dagatan, Caloocan City. (General Scope of Work; General Requirements, Civil Works, Waterproofing Works, Electromechanical and Equipment, Instrumentation and Electrical Works, Piping and Fabrication Works, Disposal of Waste Materials). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the Opening of Bids 2. The CITY OF CALOOCAN now invites contractors with PCAB License and Registration appropriate to the project cost to bid for the Rehabilitation Of Sewage Treatment Plant At Langaray Market, Langaray St., Dagat-Dagatan, Caloocan City. Completion of Works is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project which is at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4.
