Macarthur, through the 20% BDF 2024 and Supplemental Budget CY 2024 in the amount of Four Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Three Pesos and 38/100 Only (465,583.38) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation/Improvement of Drainage Canal in Mabini St., Barangay 01, Gen. Macarthur, E. Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Barangay 01 of Gen. Macarthur now invites bids for the Construction of Drainage Canal with Cover, L= 76m; per scope of work related herein at Barangay 01, this municipality. Completion of works required is Thirty Two Calendar Days (32). Bidders should have completed within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible is contained in Bidding documents, particularly in Instruction to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, Otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino Citizen’s /sole proprietorship or organizations with atleast seventy five percent (75%) interest of outstanding capital of stock belonging to the citizen of the Philippines. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Barangay 01,Poblacion Municipality of Gen. Macarthur and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 9:00 pm from Monday to Friday. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by the interested bidders from the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee for the bidding documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos Only (500.00).
