The Cooperative Development Authority Regional Office I, through the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (P280,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of: Item Description: Lease of Venue, Meals and Snacks, and Accommodation for the conduct of Training on Strategic Planning for Coconut Farmers Cooperatives Place of Delivery and Installation : Batac City, Ilocos Norte ABC: PhP280,000.00 Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at responsive quotation opening. Also, late quotation shall not be accepted. 2. The CDA Regional Office I now invites sole calculated and responsive quotation for the Supply and Delivery of Lease of Venue, Meals and Snacks, and Accommodation for the conduct of Training on Strategic Planning for Coconut Farmers Cooperative. Delivery of the service is required within Seven (7) days upon issuance of Purchase Order. 3. Quotation will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement. Lowest Calculated Responsive Quotation shall be determined. 4. Interested suppliers may get the Quotation Form from CDA Regional Office I at the address given below starting June 26, 2024 from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS). 5. Responsive quotation should be addressed to Atty. Frederick Joe N.
