Bid price shall not exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). 10. Brochures/Technical Literatures should be attached together with this Quotation Request, as required for selected bid items. 11. Any erasure or change of bid price should be duly countersigned. 12. Violation of any of the foregoing is a ground for outright rejection of the bid. 13. Delay/short delivery/non-delivery of the items within the specified period is subject to Liquidated Damages of one-tenth of one percent per day of the value of the undelivered. 14. PhilGEPS Registration Number/Certificate and valid/current Mayor’s Permit shall be attached upon submission of the quotation. *MCWD reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
