QUANTITY UNIT ITEM/DESCRIPTION I 5 PCS NEW CONSTRUCTION II 102 PCS REPAIR OF EXISTING Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)-------> 950,549.94 Eligibility forms and to bid documents may be secured at the Office of the BAC chairman during office hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm upon payment of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00) Only to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bid Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification, and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass”/“fail” criteria. Post Qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
