Terms and Condition: 1. All entries must be type written or legibly written. 2. Delivery period within 30CD upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed. Administrative penalties pursuant to Sec. 69 of the Revised IRR of RA 9184 shall be imposed for non-delivery without valid reason. 3. PhilGeps Registration, Certificate Mayor-s Permit DTI Registration, Omnibus Sworn Statement, Tax Clearance shall be attached upon submission of the quotation. 4. The BAC will conduct the Procurement Process in accordance to the Revised IRR of RA 9184. 5. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be rejected at the opening.
