The Municipality of San Nicolas now invites bids for the RIPRAPPING OF POLACION-MALILION ROAD, SAN NICOLAS, PANGASINAN (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY). Completion of the Works is required 30days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) days from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act."
