In case of approval, the HOPE shall enter into contract with the said supplier, contractor or consultant. Delivery of the above-mentioned project/request shall be within 30 calendar days from the receipt of Contract/Notice to Proceed. All quotations shall be considered as fixed prices and not subject to price escalation during the contract implementation.
