| Overview | Taking out a Long-Term Bank Loan in Pln in the Amount of Pln 31,485,937.30 to Finance the Planned Budget Deficit The subject of the order is to take out a long-term bank loan in PLN in the amount of PLN 31,485,937.30 to finance the planned budget deficit, taking into account the following conditions: 1) the loan is intended to finance the planned budget deficit; 2) the loan will bethe Ordering Party's disposal in tranches as follows: -1st tranche in the amount determined by the Ordering Party within 7 calendar days from the date of signing the loan agreement; -remaining tranches in the amounts determined by the Ordering Party, upon his written request submitted to the bank no later than 7 calendar daysbefore the planned release of the next tranche; 3) the entire loan amount will be used no later than December 31, 2024; 4) the loan will be repaid no later than December 31, 2040 in capital installments payable by the 16th day of the month, provided that if it is a holiday, Sunherb or a day off, the payment will be made on the first business day after that day; 5) The Ordering Party undertakes to repay the loan in installments as follows: - in 2032, 12 installments of PLN 200,000.00, which gives an annual the amount of PLN 2,400,000.00; - in 2033, 12 installments of PLN 300,000.00 each, which givesthe total amount of PLN 3,600,000.00; - in the years 2034 to 2036 in each year 12 installments of PLN 200,000.00 each, which gives an annual amount of PLN 2,400,000.00; - in the years 2037 to 2038 in each year 12 installments of PLN 400,000.00, which gives an annual amount of PLN 4,800,000.00; - in 2039, 12 installments of PLN 300,000.00, which gives an annual amount of PLN 3,600,000...
