Delivery of Occupational Health and Safety Clothing and Personal Protective Equipment for Employees of the Kolaczyce Forest District in 2024 Brief description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the supply of personal protective equipment, footwear and workwear. Personal protective equipment, footwear and workwear must be in accordance with: a) Regulation (EU) 2016 425 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 on measuresindividual protection and repealing Council Directive 89 686 EEC, b) Act of April 13, 2016 on conformity assessment and market surveillance systems (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1854). c) Act of August 30 2002 on the conformity assessment system (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 215), d) Regulation of the Minister of Entrepreneursz o. o. and Technology of May 10, 2019 repealing the regulation on essential requirements for personal protective equipment (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 966), e) Additional Protocol No. 24 concluded on November 25, 2014 in Warsaw to the Supervisory Collective Labor Agreement for Government EmployeesGospodarstwa Lenego Lasy Statewowe of January 29, 1998, registered by the Minister of Labor and Social Policy on December 4, 2014, f) models specified in Polish Standards, i.e., among others: Protective and work clothing provided to State Forest Employees must have certificates, appropriate...
