The subject of the order is the renewal of service and technical support services for three FortiWeb-1000E devices used in the NSA together with their software, including the provision of the following services: 1) service and technical support of the Manufacturer of the devices and their software, realbased on a subscription to the Standard Bundle support package (24x7 FortiCare, Security Service, Antivirus, IP Reputation and GEO DB) and the Secure RMA Service package; 2) support for the Contractor in implementing changes in the configuration of devices and their software, handling operational problems andreport the failure to the manufacturer - in accordance with the detailed description and requirements specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which provides the factory numbers of the devices covered by the subject of the order.2.
