Overview	Conducting an Inspection of the Technical Condition of Public Utility Facilities in the City of Rybnik, Divided into 6 Tasks Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the inspection of construction facilities described in Art. 62 section 1 of the Construction Law, i.e. inspections: 1) periodic, at least once a year, consisting in checking the technical condition of: a) elements of the building, structures and installations exposed to harmful influencesatmospheric storms and the destructive effects of factors occurring during the use of the facility, b) installations and devices for environmental protection, c) gas installations and chimney ducts (smoke, exhaust and ventilation); 2) periodic, at least once every 5 years, consisting of checking the tec statushnical and suitability for use of the building, aesthetics of the building and its surroundings; this inspection should also include examination of the electrical and lightning protection installations in terms of the efficiency of connections, accessories, protection and fire protection measures, insulation resistance of wires and power supplies.installations and equipment; 3) periodic to the extent referred to in point 1) as above, at least twice a year, by May 31 and November 30, in the case of inspections relating to buildings with a built-up area exceeding 2,000 m2 and other construction facilities ...
