An appeal against the content of the notice initiating the contract award procedure or against the content of the contract documents shall be lodged within: 1) 10 days from the date of publication of the notice in the Official Journal of the European Union or posting of the contract documents on the website; 4. An appeal shall be lodged within 10 days from the date of providing information about the contracting authority's action constituting the basis for lodging it, if the information was provided using electronic means of communication, or 10 days from the date on which information was obtained or, with due diligence, could have been obtained about the circumstances constituting the basis for lodging it. 5. An appeal shall be lodged with the President of the National Chamber of Appeals. 6.
