PRZEDMIOT ZAMÓWIENIA: 1.       Oferta nadostawę 32 półek wózka mostu medycznego typu ZMP07 producenta MZ Liberec a.s. z Republiki Czeskiej. 2.       Opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku 1.1-formularz asortymentowo – cenowy   3.  OPIS SPOSOBU OBLICZENIA CENY 1.       Rozliczenia pomiędzy Zamawiającym a Wykonawcą prowadzone będą w PLN. 2.       Wykonawca jest zobowiązany skalkulować cenę oferty tak, aby ujęte były wszystkie koszty jakie poniesie przy realizacji zamówienia 3.    Cenę za przedmiot zamówienia należy podać cyfrowo i słownie jako cenę brutto za poszczególne elementy zamówienia, z odrębnie wskazanym podatkiem VAT. Cena może być tylko jedna, nie dopuszcza się wariantowości cen. 4.       W toku badania i oceny ofert Zamawiający poprawi w ofercie: - oczywiste omyłki pisarskie, - oczywiste omyłki rachunkowe, z uwzględnieniem konsekwencji rachunkowych dokonanych poprawek, - inne omyłki polegające na niezgodności oferty z treścią zapytania ofertowego nie powodujące istotnych zmian w treści ofert. 4. The price for the subject of the order should be given numerically and in words as a gross price for individual elements of the order, with VAT indicated separately. During the examination and evaluation of the offers, the Ordering Party will correct the following in the offer: - obvious clerical errors, - obvious calculation errors, taking into account the calculation consequences of the corrections made, - other errors consisting in the inconsistency of the offer with the content of the request for proposals that do not cause significant changes in the content of the offers. 4.
