Poczęstunek na stojąco, przy wysokich stołach bankietowych. Poczęstunek serwowany w Teatrze Kameralnym przy ul. U. 2023 poz. 1448 t.j.) rozporządzeniach wykonawczych i innych obowiązujących w tym zakresie przepisach z zachowaniem zasad systemu analizy zagrożeń i krytycznych punktów kontroli – HACP, zasad żywienia dietetyki stosowanej opracowanej przez Instytut Żywności i Żywienia.    WARUNKI PRZYSTĄPIENIA, KOMUNIKACJA   Komunikacja w postępowaniu, w tym składanie ofert, wymiana informacji oraz przekazywanie dokumentów, oświadczeń lub zapytań między zamawiającym, a wykonawcą odbywa się za pośrednictwem Platformy Zakupowej Open Nexus pod adresem: www.platformazakupowa.pl/pn/bydgoszcz    Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych.   Oferty złożone po ustalonym terminie lub poza Platformą Zakupową Open Nexus nie będą rozpatrywane.   Składając ofertę w postępowaniu wykonawca oświadcza, że spełnia warunki udziału, nie podlega wykluczeniu z postępowania na zasadach określonych przez zamawiającego oraz posiada uprawnienia, wiedzę i doświadczenie niezbędne do należytego wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia.   Od wykonawców wymaga się przynajmniej trzyletniego doświadczenia w świadczeniu usług zbieżnych z przedmiotem zamówienia, oświadczonego poprzez stosowny wpis w formularzu.   Z wybranym wykonawcą zostanie podpisana umowa.   Jeżeli Wykonawca, którego oferta została wybrana jako najkorzystniejsza, uchyla się od zawarcia umowy w sprawie zamówienia, Zamawiający może dokonać ponownego badania i oceny ofert spośród ofert pozostałych w postępowaniu Wykonawców oraz wybrać kolejną najkorzystniejszą ofertę albo unieważnić postępowanie.   Uczestnicy zostaną poinformowani o wyborze oferty drogą elektroniczną.               KRYTERIUM OCENY OFERT   Zamówienie zostanie udzielone wykonawcy, który spełni warunki formalne i zaoferuje najniższą cenę. TERMINY I ZASADY PŁATNOŚCI   Termin realizacji: 5 lub 6 grudnia 2024   Zamawiający dokona zapłaty wynagrodzenia za przedmiot zamówienia przelewem  w terminie 14 dni od dnia wykonania usługi i otrzymania prawidłowo wystawionej faktury/rachunku.    Wykonawca zapłaci zamawiającemu karę umowną w wysokości 10 % wynagrodzenia w przypadku niewykonania lub nienależytego wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia.   KLAUZULA INFORMACYJNA  dotycząca przetwarzania danych osobowych Zgodnie z art. 13 ust. 1 i 2 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych) (Dz. CONDITIONS OF ACCESSION, COMMUNICATION Communication in the procedure, including the submission of offers, exchange of information and transfer of documents, declarations or inquiries between the ordering party and the contractor takes place via the Open Nexus Purchasing Platform at: www.platformazakupowa.pl/pn/bydgoszcz The ordering party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Offers submitted after the established deadline or outside the Open Nexus Purchasing Platform will not be considered. By submitting an offer in the procedure, the contractor declares that it meets the conditions of participation, is not subject to exclusion from the procedure on the principles specified by the ordering party and has the authorizations, knowledge and experience necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the order. Contractors are required to have at least three years of experience in providing services consistent with the subject of the order, declared by an appropriate entry in the form. An agreement will be signed with the selected contractor. If the Contractor whose offer was selected as the most advantageous refuses to conclude the contract regarding the order, the Ordering Party may re-examine and evaluate the offers from among the offers of the Contractors remaining in the procedure and select the next most advantageous offer or cancel the procedure. Participants will be informed about the selection of the offer electronically. CRITERION FOR EVALUATION OF OFFERS The order will be awarded to the contractor who meets the formal conditions and offers the lowest price. PAYMENT DATES AND RULES Deadline for completion: December 5 or 6, 2024 The Ordering Party will pay the remuneration for the subject of the order by transfer within 14 days from the date of performance of the service and receipt of a correctly issued invoice/bill.
