"Refreshing the Road Markings of Internal and Municipal Roads in the City of Turek Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the performance of works consisting in painting horizontal signs (paints used in thin-layer markings)., 2. The detailed material scope covered by the contract is specified in the price form constituting Annex No. 1 to this contract., 3. The contractorundertakes to complete the subject of the order in accordance with the conditions resulting from the applicable technical regulations and construction law, the requirements resulting from the applicable Polish Standards and technical approvals, and the principles of sound technical knowledge., 4. After completing the works ordered by the Ordering Party,The Contractor is obliged to participate, together with the Ordering Party, in the acceptance of the work performed. Transport of persons participating in the acceptance is provided by the Contractor. The detailed scope of works is specified in the draft contract (Appendix No. 4).
