The information received by the contracting authority during the consultation will be used in planning and conducting the future award procedure, conform the provisions of Law 98 2016 on public procurement. Economic operators will submit technical proposals, as well as financial proposals, according to the Document regarding market consultation attached in the annex to the Announcement regarding market consultation no.
