The United States Army Contracting Command- Rock Island (ACC-RI) Office of the Program Manager, SaudiArabian National Guard (OPM SANG) issues the following Request for Quote (RFQ), W519TC-24-R-2075, for theprocurement a Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance for MNG Students Dependents Attending Courses in theUnited States, in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 -Acquisition of CommercialProducts and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products andCommercial Services. 2. The Government expects to award a single Firm Fixed Priced (FFP), 3-year Indefinite Delivery IndefiniteQuantity (IDIQ) contract that will have individual task orders issued over the course of 3 ordering periods asfollows:Base Ordering Period: 07 December 2024 through 06 December 2025Ordering Period 1: 07 December 2025 through 06 December 2026Ordering Period 2: 07 December 2026 through 06 December 2027 3. This RFQ is issued as a 100% full and open competition. The Government intends to award a single FFP IDIQcontract from this solicitation to the responsive, responsible offeror who submits the lowest priced technicallyacceptable proposal. 4.
