Se considerarán servicios efectuados de igual o similar naturaleza, los servicios de mantenimiento efectuados en los equipos que componen el servicio de disponibilidad de cada lote o lotes a los que presente oferta. -El licitador deberá acreditar, mediante una relación, los servicios de mantenimiento realizados en los tres últimos años, en la que se indique el importe, la fecha y el destinatario público o privado de los mismos. Los servicios de mantenimiento se acreditarán mediante certificados, en los que consten al menos 10 contratos de mantenimiento. Los servicios efectuados se acreditarán mediante certificados de buena ejecución expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público, y cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado, mediante un certificado expedido por este o a falta de dicho certificado, mediante una declaración del empresario acompañada de los documentos que acrediten la realización de la prestación. En caso de UTE, la solvencia será la resultante de la acumulación de los documentos acreditativos de solvencia de las empresas agrupadas.
