Obres Obert simplificat abreujat Sobre digital Sense lots Contra aquesta resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Barcelona, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des del dia hàbil següent al de la seva notificació. Alternativament i de forma potestativa, es pot interposar recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l’ha dictat, en el termini d’un mes a comptar des del dia hàbil següent al de la seva notificació. No obstant es podrà interposar qualsevol altre recurs o reclamació, que consideri oportú, en defensa dels seus interessos.
