Sense lots Es justifica la decisió de no dividir en lots la present contractació en lots del contracte servei pel control i manteniment preventiu-normatiu de la xarxa dels desfibril·ladors de la XPN de la Diputació de Barcelona, atès que les instal·lacions a cada parc són reduïdes; motiu pel qual dividir en lots podria suposar la manca d’interès per part de possibles licitadors ubicats a certa distància. A més, el fet d’agrupar-ho, dona més opcions a que el contractista pugui optimitzar el servei i sigui més eficient, aprofitant l’economia d’escala. Contra aquesta resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Barcelona, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des del dia següent al de la seva notificació.
