Serveis Obert Sobre digital Sense lots Contra aquest acord que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar potestativament el recurs especial en matèria de contractació a què es refereix l'article 44 de la Llei 9/2017, de 9 de novembre de 2017, de contractes del sector públic, davant el registre de l'òrgan de contractació, del Tribunal Català de Contractes del Sector Públic, així com a qualsevol dels registres previstos a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, en el termini de quinze dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà del dia que s'hagi tramès la notificació d'aquest acord. En cas que no s'opti per aquesta via, es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Barcelona en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà d'haver rebut la notificació d'aquest acord, segons la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.
