L’Agència Catalana de l’Aigua (ACA) ha projectat una nova EDAR al nucli de Vinallop (Tortosa), per la qual cosa encomana al Consell Comarcal del Baix Ebre, en exercici de les seves competències, la redacció d’un nou projecte de l’EDAR de Vinallop per a esmenar les deficiències trobades durant les inspeccions prèvies per a l’execució de les de obres de “Sanejament i depuració del nucli de Vinallop (TM Tortosa)“ (CV20000926). No obstant, contra les resolucions i els actes de tràmit que decideixin, directa o indirectament, el fons de l'assumpte, determinin la impossibilitat de continuar el procediment, produeixin indefensió o perjudici irreparable a drets i interessos legítims, de conformitat amb l'article 112.1 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, podrà interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició que caldrà fundar en qualsevol dels motius de nul·litat i anul·labilitat previstos en els articles 47 i 48 de la citada Llei. The Catalan Water Agency (ACA) has projected a new WWTP in the center of Vinallop (Tortosa), so it entrusts the Regional Council of Baix Ebre, in exercise of its powers, to draw up a new project for the Vinallop WWTP to correct the deficiencies found during the preliminary inspections for the execution of the "Sanitation and purification of the nucleus of Vinallop (TM Tortosa)" (CV20000926).
