Subministrament de l'equipament TIC i multimèdia del nou Centre Cívic Gregal CONSUB-0328/2024 Ajuntament de Reus Anunci de licitació LCSP (contractes del sector públic) Subministrament de l'equipament TIC i multimèdia del nou Centre Cívic Gregal L’objecte del contracte és el subministrament TIC i multimèdia i instal·lació si es requereix, pel nou Centre Cívic Gregal del següent: - Subministrament d’equipament de telecomunicacions - Subministrament i instal·lació d’equipament multimèdia - Subministrament d’equipament microinformàtica Les prestacions objecte de la present contractació hauran d’ajustar-se als requisits establerts en el present plec de clàusules administratives i en el plec de prescripcions tècniques particulars. Subministraments Obert simplificat abreujat Telemàtica Sense lots En aquesta licitació es poden interposar els següents recursos: contenciós administratiu davant dels Jutjats del Contenciós Administratiu de Tarragona, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des del dia següent al de la recepció de la seva notificació. No obstant això, amb caràcter potestatiu es pot interposar recurs previ de reposició davant l’òrgan que ha dictat l’acte en el termini d’un mes a comptar des de l’endemà de la publicació. Reus El termini per l’entrega i instal·lació, si s’escau, de tot el material serà de 2 mesos a partir de l’endemà de la formalització del contracte. La formalització del contracte s’entendrà efectuada mitjançant l’acceptació de l’adjudicació per part del contractista proposat. Es considerarà falta greu en cas d’endarreriment de 1 mes natural i falta molt greu quan aquest endarreriment superi els dos mesos naturals, amb la possibilitat de resoldre el contracte per incompliment sense dret a indemnització i sens perjudici de les penalitzacions aplicables. El lloc de lliurament de l’equipament multimèdia ha de ser en el nou Centre Cívic Gregal al Carrer del Castellvell, 1-3 – 43202 de Reus, on caldrà també instal·lar-lo. La resta de l’equipament TIC s’haurà d’entregar en les dependències de STIT a l’Av. de la Cambra del Comerç 42 – 1er pis Edifici CEPID - 43204 REUS perquè ho configurin i ho instal·lin posteriorment els tècnics municipals. Supplies Open simplified abbreviated Telematics Without lots In this tender the following resources can be brought: administrative dispute before the Courts of Administrative Disputes of Tarragona, within two months from the day following the receipt of your notification. However, as an option, a prior appeal for reinstatement can be filed before the body that issued the act within one month from the day after publication. Reus The term for the delivery and installation, if applicable, of all the material will be 2 months from the day after the formalization of the contract. The formalization of the contract will be understood as effected through the acceptance of the award by the proposed contractor. It will be considered a serious fault in the event of a delay of 1 calendar month and a very serious fault when this delay exceeds two calendar months, with the possibility of terminating the contract for breach without the right to compensation and without prejudice to the applicable penalties. The place of delivery of the multimedia equipment must be at the new Gregal Civic Center at Carrer del Castellvell, 1-3 – 43202 in Reus, where it will also need to be installed. The rest of the ICT equipment will have to be delivered to STIT's offices on Av. of the Chamber of Commerce 42 – 1st floor CEPID Building - 43204 REUS so that it can be configured and subsequently installed by the municipal technicians.
